So I purchased this book basically going in blind because the other reviews were really not book reviews...and I will say I'm glad I bought it. The book revolves around Shiloh and Paisley. Backstory is that Paisley outed Shiloh in high school and because of this made her high school years hell. She hates Paisley so when she shows up on her front door in New York City four years later "asking" for help, Shiloh and her best friends are thrown for a loop. The Paisley from high school and the Paisley at their door is two completely different people. What has caused this change and the feelings surrounding everyone involved is truly what this story is about.I really liked the book. I thought it was sweet and different in sense. I was annoyed when the author kept referring characters as "the smaller one," "the younger one," "the older one," etc instead of just saying the character's name or using pronouns. It just irked me a lot cause it happens a lot throughout the book. Also, there were no real descriptions of the characters and I am one who likes to be told what people look like so I can "see" them...yes, I know, I lack imagination, so sue me.Other than those little things, I thought the book was great and am really looking forward to the next installment of this series.
